Recently I went across a youtube Video from “Victor Antonio” where he was explaining How to Create Value for Clients. The article is inspired by him.
Let’s get started. I will ensure you understand value creation in client location with some of the key deployments and quality services that I have provided to our Clients as Examples.
1.Spatial ( Space) Advantage
Try to showcase how your services can give an advantage in terms of a reduction in physical size like Die Area reduction. Recently I worked on reducing the combinational gate count of the synthesized netlists using my customized recipes to optimize the synthesis Flow, it will definitely go into Spatial Advantage for my Clients.
2. Temporal (Time) Advantage
Try to showcase how your services can reduce the ping pong effect between multiple third-party vendors. In my past Client, I helped Improving the framework of STA flow to reduce 90% Runtime reduction in STA for minimal interfaces white boxed and the rest of them Black Boxed.

3. Combine
Can your services in Client location can be leveraged using your overlapping skills where you can combine the best of two worlds like analog/digital etc. This is a terrific value addition for your Clients. They can save a lot of Money.
4. Remove
Can your services help in eliminating redundant Contractors who don’t add value to the company anymore? Remember a Rupee Saved is a Rupee Earned, You need to showcase that to your Clients.
5. Parallel
Can your services provide parallel execution of tasks? Initiate multiple threads so whoever helps you solve the problem can improve productivity at Client Location. If there are 2 vendors in the Client Location I will try to work parallelly with both parties to ensure Whoever gives me a Solution First, I can work on top of it.
6. Replace
Can your services help your client to replace your competitor services with your services, provided you showcase honesty, good practices, and integral values while working in the company?

9. Expand Market Share (EM)
All the above 3 Value trinities may not be deployed by Individual Contributors like you and me. However, If we can ensure the project completes within the required timelines Your Client can improve their Revenues, Reduce Costs and Expand their Market Share. 😊
You need to quantify your services, No Imaginary Numbers or Fake projections, or Very Optimistic Deadlines, and Failing to deliver on time will definitely create a bad image in your Client’s Location.
